What happens after placing my order?
You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in your inbox.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Please note: If your order includes multiple items (such as the CloudBrush and finishing cloth), these may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment once dispatched.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 4 business days to update so please be patient.
When will I receive my order?
Our current average shipping time is between 8-14 business days.

Prrlux™ is an Australian-owned brand. To keep our products beautifully designed while maintaining a fair and accessible price point, we fulfil orders through our trusted international logistics partners and ship directly to customers worldwide.
Lost or stolen orders
Prrlux™ accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
